Nissan is recalling 2.14 million automobiles worldwide. The automaker is recalling over one dozen models in the U.S. (835,000 vehicles), Japan (762,000 vehicles), Europe (354,000 vehicles) and Asia, due to an ignition problem that can stall the engine. Vehicles recalled were produced from 2003 through 2006.
