After receiving 18 reports of slats coming detached from the rails of cribs, 1000 "Diane" drop-side cribs are being recalled. The cribs were made in Slovenia and distributed by Caramia Furniture of Mississaugua, Ontario and Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard of Toronto from September 2002 through December 2005. The malfunction poses fall and entrapment hazards to children.

Approximately 40,000 silver glitter tea lights and gold glitter tea lights are being recalled in the U.S. and Canada. Once lit, flames from the candle can ignite the glitter. The products were made in Vietnam and sold at Pier 1 Imports in the U.S. and Canada from September through December 2009. There have been three reports of the glitter catching fire. About 67,000 ceramic Santa tea light holders are being recalled. The holders were manufactured in China and sold by Pier 1 Imports in the US and Canada from September through December of 2009. The company has received three reports of the holders burning. For further details, call 800-245-4595.

Although no illnesses have been reported, all peanut butter, cheese, salsa, cream cheese bagel spreads, dips and spreads produced by Parkers Farm Inc. of Coon Rapids, Minnesota are being recalled. The foods are potentially contaminated with listeria monocytogenes bacteria. This is an expansion of their previously announced recall.
